Monthly Categorization & Bank Reconciliation (Up to 3 accounts or up to 150 transactions) - If you need a basic bookkeeping package, this is the one. Every month, we will categorize every transaction by the 15th of the month and reconcile all of your bank & loan accounts (up to 3) and send you the bank reconciliations.
Quickbooks Tutorials - If you need a one-time QuickBooks online tutorial on something specific, we offer tutorials that will help you understand it.
Quickbooks Online Setups - If you don’t have an accounting software yet & want to explore the different subscriptions, this is the one for you! This includes getting the right subscription for you, creating your vendors & customers, creating your Chart of Accounts, assisting you with connecting your bank account and you get a Complimentary 60-minute QuickBooks Navigation Tutorial.
Sales Tax Management -If you don’t have time to pay your sales taxes on time or want to ensure that it’s calculated & paid correctly, this is the program for you! Let A La Carte Business Advisors handle all of that for you in a timely manner.
Accounts Receivable Management - Are the invoices from your customers too overwhelming? Not sure who owes you and is paid up to date? We can help you get things in order to know and understand who owes you and you is all paid! We’re here to help!
Accounts Payable Management - Are the bills just piling up & don’t have time to make payments on time? Are you getting past due invoices? We can help you get your bills paid and on time.
Payroll Services - If you don’t have time to run payroll, file your quarterly 941 or 940s, issue W-2s & W-3s, we will do that all for you! All you have to do is submit your time sheet for all of your employees every payroll period & we’ll do the rest!
Inventory Management - Do you record inventory? Are you unsure of how to accurately record inventory? We can help you with your current POS Inventory system or develop a plan in QuickBooks Online.
Budgeting, Forecasting, or Strategic Planning Reports - Do you need help with having a budget in place for your business or personal finances? Want to determine the direction of future trends or just not sure where you are headed? We can help you figure all of that out with our Budgeting, Forecasting and/or Strategic Planning Reports!
